The Flay List

Bobby and Sophie Flay start the day with a joy ride on bikes as they head to the Lower East Side for Sophies favorite fried chicken at Sweet Chick. After the meal, they check out a gourmet ice cream parlor that Bobby has been dying to try, Morgensterns Finest Ice Cream. From there, they head to Bobbys pick for fried chicken, a nostalgic place where he spent a lot of time early in his career, Blue Ribbon.

Bobby and Sophie Flay are visiting their favorite spots for lobster in New York City, but they start out in SoHo for coffee and a sweet snack at Balthazar. They head to Bobbys pick, Eds Lobster Bar, and grab a trendy, frozen snack at Kith Treats. Then they take the ferry to Red Hook, Brooklyn, for Sophies lobster pick, Red Hook Lobster Pound.
