S10E1 - Week 1 2010-09-21

In the 10th season premiere, Bob and Jillian travel across the U.S. to meet potential players for this season.

S10E2 - Week 2 2010-09-28

The Season 10 players have finally arrived on The Biggest Loser ranch and they meet with Ali. She tells them they should be proud for making it this far, but now the hard part is staying on the ranch. Ali surprises the players more by welcoming two more players to the ranch, Aaron and Elizabeth as the Yellow Team. Dr. H visits with each of the players and delivers the harsh truth that they are damaging their bodies with food. Dr. H explains to the players how old their health tells him they are, compared to how old they really are. Each player takes the news very emotionally.

S10E3 - Week 3 2010-10-05

One contestant creates tension in the house by expressing a wish to go home; professional tennis player Anna Kournikova gives the contestants tennis lessons before they face a challenge involving tennis balls; another contestant is sent home.

S10E4 - Week 4 2010-10-12

The episode begins with a temptation challenge filled with tons of cupcakes. Alison, always the bearer of bad news, tells the players that there will be both a yellow line and a red line at the weigh-in. Fall below the red, and youre automatically out.

S10E5 - Week 5 2010-10-19

Players who didnt make the initial cut for a spot on the ranch return to weigh in, and the person with the highest percentage of weight loss wins entry into the competition. Later, the contestants are split into blue and black teams and compete in a food-trivia challenge in downtown Los Angeles

S10E6 - Week 6 2010-10-26

Chefs Curtis Stone and Lorena Garcia guide the players during a timed cooking contest. Elsewhere, the blue and black teams face off in a dragon-boat challenge, and the players choose one person from each team whose weight will count at the weigh-in.

S10E7 - Week 7 2010-11-02

The contestants spend a week training with marines at Californias Camp Pendleton. Their regimen includes hiking with large backpacks, rifle exercises and an obstacle-course challenge. At the end of the week, Bob and Jillian lead last-chance workouts before the next weigh-in.

S10E8 - Week 8 2010-11-09

The players compete as duos, which are arranged by the winner of a dinner temptation, but the pairings dont please everyone. Elsewhere, Bob and Jillian address the issues that are holding some contestants back. Then, the pairs stack sugar cubes for a challenge before a particularly tense weigh-in.

S10E9 - Week 9 2010-11-16

The players begin competing as singles. Elsewhere, the contestants receive videos from home, a welcome distraction from the speculation surrounding the previous weeks elimination, and rally around one player who doesnt receive a video. Also, a balancing test in a pool and a personal milestone for a contestant at the weigh-in.

S10E10 - Week 10 2010-11-23

The players receive makeovers from hairstylist Ken Paves and participate in a photo shoot. Then, they show off their new looks to friends and family during a fashion show. But once they return to the ranch, its back to work with an endurance challenge that awards the winner a new car. A contestant hits a milestone at the weigh-in.

S10E11 - Week 11 2010-11-30

Gymnast Nastia Liukin leads a stamina-testing surprise challenge. Elsewhere, a player receives good news from Dr. Huizenga; the contestants race while carrying the weight theyve lost so far; and two players are eliminated after the weigh-in, leaving the final four competitors at the ranch.

S10E12 - Week 12 2010-12-07

The remaining four players leave the ranch and try to maintain healthy habits at home. After six weeks, they return to the ranch to run a marathon before the final weigh-in. Two finalists are named, and the other two must depend on viewer votes to compete in the finale

S10E13 - Week 13 2010-12-14

After viewer votes determine the third finalist, the winner of the $250,000 prize is crowned in the Season 10 finale. The eliminated players also return to weigh in for the $100,000 at-home prize.

Its one of the most eagerly anticipated events of The Biggest Loser season - the fan-favorite makeover episode! Fashion expert Tim Gunn and celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves return to create amazing and inspirational transformations with the remaining seven contestants. And though they still have to stick to their weight-loss routines, there will be no temptation this week. After getting a brand new look from head to toe, the players get to show off their new slimmer selves to loved ones flown in to celebrate their big day. Later, they learn theyre competing in a Last Chance Challenge with one of their loved ones for an advantage at this weeks weigh in.

With only two weeks left on the ranch, Bob welcomes the contestants at a challenge that will tempt the winner with a prize that could change the course of the entire competition. Not only will they win a one-pound advantage for themselves, theyll gain the ultimate power in the game with the ability to give a one-pound disadvantage to one of their remaining opponents. THE FINAL CUT The five remaining players gather for their final challenge, a time-honored tradition of contestants putting back on all the weight theyve lost over the course of the season and then shedding it one last time at different stages. The winner receives a coveted prize that could secure their spot as a finalist as the competition goes from five players to three, before next weeks live finale when the Biggest Loser and winner of the $250,000 prize will be chosen.

In this must-see live finale, the 16 contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time and show America how much weight theyve lost since beginning their weight-loss journeys. Those who have been eliminated will compete for the $100,000 "at home" prize. Then its the moment viewers have been waiting for, when one of the three finalists will be named this seasons "Biggest Loser" and win the coveted grand prize of $250,000.
