Its the semi-final, and with brand new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever, as the best competitors from four heats return to fight it out for a place in the final and get the chance to climb to the top of Mount Midoriyama.

Its the Grand Final, and with only 15 contestants remaining facing the very toughest obstacles that the course has to offer. One of them could be the one to finally make it to the top of Mount Midoriyama to become the first ever Ninja Warrior UK.
