Only Child

Actor Richard returns home from London to visit his dad Ken, a year on from the passing of his mum Jean. But on arriving, he realises his dad may need more help than hed originally thought.

Concerned that Ken is spending too much time on his own, Richard offers to take him to the local golf club, unaware that he’s about to play a much bigger part in integrating his dad back into the community than hed originally intended.

Richard secures an audition and embarks on a journey to track down the elusive Brian – Ken’s oldest friend, with whom he lost touch with years ago – in order to invite him to Ken’s surprise 75th birthday party.
