Ted Bundy escapes from jail twice - but is caught after committing three more murders in Florida. Bundy is sentenced to death - Det. Robert Keppel must get Bundy to reveal more about the Riverman and confess to his own murders in Washington State.

Ted Bundy is finally executed in 1989. Six years later Gary Ridgway is caught and charged with 40 Green River murders. When Ridgway confesses, Det. Robert Keppel realizes how eerily accurate Bundys taped predictions about GRK really were.
