Matt Baker: Our Farm in the Dales

The Baker familys efforts begin to pay off, as the farm and its inhabitants are given a new lease of life. And Matt reveals his plans to increase biodiversity in the woodland by planting an orchard.

Lambing season continues and the Bakers build a field shelter to keep an eye on the ewes. And Matt and Mike add some finishing touches to the stable yard.

As the worst storm to hit the farm in living memory strikes, destroying many of the changes theyve made, the Bakers call on some local friends to get things moving in the right direction once more.

Matt gets to work on a set of stone steps to make the paddock more accessible, and helps beekeeper George transport some of the beehives to the high Dales for heather season.
