Rosa and Steen, a couple from Southern Jutland, are used to working together on everything. But maps and compasses are a whole new challenge for them. Family man Simon has the long leg ahead on the hike. He hopes to put his life into perspective. And for the first time ever, an old acquaintance returns to the wilderness to take revenge.

S6E2 - The evacuation 2022-03-24

Nature guide Rikke wouldnt want to go into the wilderness with anyone other than her father Aslak. And they have come to win. Ulla, an engineer, has just turned 60 and goes into the wilderness on a solo adventure. Ulla sees opportunities in everything she finds along the way. However, a severe weather forecast changes the plans for both teams, who have to be evacuated.

S6E3 - Wind and dreams of housing 2022-03-31

Friends Ester and Anna-Caroline have big dreams of living in the wilderness, even though they have never built a shelter before. Creative solutions are needed for father Aslak and daughter Rikke, who are struggling to get the smoke out of their new home. At the military friends house, Katrine struggles to find the energy for the building projects, and Katja has to do the heavy lifting. Maybe they dont share the same dream after all?

S6E4 - In a precarious situation 2022-04-07

Solo participant Ulla takes on a boat project to get more fish. Military friends Katrine and Katja disagree about when to go home. The other pair of friends, Anna-Caroline and Ester, are struggling for food and wondering how long they can last in the wilderness.

S6E5 - Why am I here? 2022-04-14

The battle in the wilderness intensifies and brings up emotions. Friends Ester and Anna-Caroline are short of food and have to stop and remind themselves why they signed up for a trip into the wilderness. Nature guide Rikke also reminds herself of what she wants to achieve and why she left her children and went into the wilderness with her father.

S6E6 - An uninvited visitor 2022-04-21

Everyday life has returned to the wilderness, but there is still a birthday to celebrate in one of the teams. Several participants mysteriously lose their precious catch to an intruder. All those remaining try to keep their energy and courage up. Is it a fresh morning dip or home improvements and details that are needed?

S6E7 - Frozen final 2022-04-28

There are three teams left in the wilderness. Pain and lack of sleep are pushing one team member to the limit, while his partner is busy with an art project and taking off his clothes. For another team, the doctor warns against the cold nights and hypothermia and orders the shelter to be insulated with moss. When is it time to go home from the wilderness? And who will be picked up by the family as the winner of Alone in the Wilderness?

S7E1 - First choices 2023-03-16

The competition kicks off and tough choices have to be made. Christian from the very first season has proven in the past how strong a survivor he is, but he feels doubts at the sight of his new habitat. Jesper considers whether a toad should be his first meal. Victor plans to be there for a very long time, while Camilla is nervous about how she will cope with loneliness. Unfortunately, for one of these brave participants, it will be a very early exit from the wilderness.

S7E2 - A fresh start 2023-03-23

Rasmus from Esbjerg is excited to revisit the Norwegian mountains, but where are the fish? Former soldier Birk has more luck and enjoys fresh roe. Sanne is in it to win it, but again she struggles to get the fire going. The question is, will it be a struggle for her to get warm? Anna-Caroline, this time without a partner, postpones fishing. The question is, how long can she keep it up?

S7E3 - Creative solutions 2023-03-30

After the first week, the participants will now test their wilderness skills. Jesper is hungry and is challenged when his fishing rod breaks. Anna-Caroline considers becoming a wilderness vegetarian. But does she dare to eat mushrooms with mold? Camilla is delighted with her pee bag, but can it work in the wilderness?

S7E4 - Farewell to the wilderness 2023-04-06

Its day 15 in the wilderness and one contestant has to be taken out of the competition. Shaman Jesper has been without food for several days and his ambition to build a sweat lodge is under pressure. Camilla from Funen is working hard to finish the Hyggely shelter, but how will she manage without her wife Martha?

S7E5 - When the storm hits 2023-04-13

A storm hits the wilderness and the participants are busy securing their shelters. Camilla keeps a log of her bowel movements, while Jesper wants to burn his portal. Christian has to resort to birch leaves when the fish fail. The boat brings home a participant. But who is it?

S7E6 - Crunchy bones and homesickness 2023-04-20

Things are coming to a head in the wilderness. Only half of the participants are left. Rasmus is under physical pressure, and Sanne must use all her stubbornness to fight homesickness. Christian is finally successful in fishing, and in his eagerness he also eats fish bones. But is it a good idea?

S7E7 - Who will win in the wilderness? 2023-04-27

Three contestants have made it to the final. Torrential rain and water in shelters force one finalist to consider whether its time to go home. Another is physically exhausted from the hardships, while a third struggles to cope with the many days in isolation without family. Who has the will and mental strength to go all the way?
