Beverlee and Tony are religious zealots. They love their four dogs, but hate their neighbours. Tony is the manager of a bathroom retail outlet and Beverlee has a mobile hairdressing business. In their spare time they evangelise, and deliver curly sausage casseroles to the local vicar.

A south-coast couple who run a shop selling everything from sandwiches to bras are approaching their eighth wedding anniversary. Husband Ray has always wanted to go on a cruise, so wife Les arranges a trip on a cross-channel ferry. But the fate of the couples twins remains unexplained.
