On the corner of 113th and Lennox, in the heart of Harlem, youll find the Black Ink Crew and all of their crazy antics. While PR man Puma mysteriously loses his front tooth, Dutchess the Southern Belle settles into life in the big city and tries to get used to the scrutiny of her playful boss, Ceaser. Meanwhile, manager and front desk girl Alex gets into it with a Mixxxy (Black Ink groupie) over her choice of tattoo and Ceaser has just about had it with his employees who clearly dont respect his authority. After a hard night of partying, Ceaser arrives at his shop to find his staff AWOL. Alex and OS**t are late so Cease is forced to call in other employees to help out. Puma arrives direct from the doctors office; delivering some big news...a new, pint-size member of the Black Ink crew will be arriving shortly! When one of OS**ts clients comes in with a messed up tattoo and Shit is still nowhere to be found, Cease struggles between being a tough boss and a loyal friend.

The aftermath of OS**ts firing is starting to hit Ceaser where it hurts the most.in his pockets. Sassy is contemplates leaving the chaos of the shop for more stability in the corporate world. Outside of the shop Alex, Dutchess, and Sassy anticipate modeling in an upcoming fashion show. Puma discovers OS**ts life has spiraled out of control with the biggest blow yet: losing his daughter and eviction from his apartment. Alex moves forward with her feelings for Ted, but at a cost to her friendship with Dutchess and Sassy.

Black Ink throws a birthday party for Sassy that turns into an out of control Mixxxy bash and all hell breaks loose. Alex, Sassy and Dutchess have some girl time where Sassy and Dutchess confront Alex about getting mixed up with Ted. Alex gets jealous when Ted mixes with a Mixxxy and tries to get back at him by hitting on Ceaser. A jealous Dutchess finds out and goes ballistic, leaving Sassy to keep the peace. Black Inks awning gets vandalized, creating more money problems for Ceaser who struggles with how to settle his child support debt and get the crew to Vegas for a big tattoo convention. Should he swallow his pride and hire OS**t back?

Post -Vegas, Ceaser is coming to terms with his feelings for Dutchess...despite all of the guys in the shop busting his chops about his upcoming trip to North Carolina to "meet the parents." Because of OS**ts impressive performance in Vegas, Cease rewards him by putting him in charge of the shop while Cease is down South. Puma and Quanni are also taking a big step when they begin their search for an apartment and they have a discussion about their future as a family. Alex, who was a no-show in Vegas, is living her separate life away from the shop. She gets a surprise visit from Walt, who motivates her to make a visit to the shop to speak with Cease. But when she arrives at Black Ink, Dutchess also has a few things to say.

Ceaser and Dutchess cut their trip short to pick up OS**t from "The Barge," the New York City prison he has been locked up in for days. Though OS**ts future as a free man is in question, the crew is hardly sympathetic, except for Cease who faces jail time himself. Alex and OS**t face each other for the first time since the night he went to jail, but a heated argument pushes the two "friends" further apart. Alex also has a face-to-face with Teddy, who makes plain his vision of their future together.

Dutchess reveals a secret to Ceaser that she has kept to herself for weeks. OSh**ts bail bondsman comes to the shop to see S**t for some serious business...a tattoo cover up. Puma shocks Sassy with some big news about him and Quanni. Ted drops a bomb on Cease about a pregnant mixxxy. Walt and Alexs friendship grows when they meet up for dinner and Alex learns about Walts sad past. A "celebrity" client comes in for a tattoo from Dutchess on a very interesting body part. Dutchess drives Ceaser to court for his child support hearing and a terrified Cease contemplates life behind bars.

When "Mommy", the woman who brought Ceaser up in the tattoo world, comes to the shop for a memorial tattoo from Cease, she has some strong opinions about Cease and Dutchesss relationship. Dutchess and Cease visit a trainer to try and get Dutchesss heart health in check. Coley and Lulu arrive to support OS**t in the days leading up to his indictment, and S**t gets emotional at the thought of a future behind bars and away from Lulu. Ted receives the test results from the DNA lab and is left asking some serious questions about his future. Alex and Dutchess finally meet face to face. Puma pops the question to Quani, causing a hesitant Cease to feel the pressure of commitment. Dutchess finally tattoos Cease, but both he and Dutchess continue to have second thoughts about their relationship. Kaylin, Coley and Puma join S**t at Bronx Criminal Court on the day of his hearing.

Ceaser and Dutchess are missing in action and the lights are out (literally) at Black Ink! OS**t has a "dope-ass" tattoo to do for a loyal client and is psyched to make some much-needed "lawyer money." When the electric company arrives and pulls the power because Cease hasnt paid the bill, the crew cant work and they are forced to close the shop. OS**t gets some tough love from his bail bondsmen on the impending consequences of him not taking his legal troubles seriously.

With the Black Ink staff numbers dwindling, Ceaser meets with a potential new (female) employee, who is quickly shot down by the reigning queen of the shop, Dutchess.

AIDS activist Maria Davis visits Dutchess at the shop for an HIV/AIDS Awareness tattoo and the entire crew is moved by her inner strength and personal story.

OS**t reaches new "baby mama" heights when he reveals that he has yet another child on the way while Dutchess is thrilled when rapper Kid Ink stops by the shop.

Puma decides to invite Ceaser to his wedding in Jamaica, but under one condition...he has to leave Dutchess at home. Meanwhile OS**t welcomes Lulu and Coley to Harlem for a visit.

OS**t is still missing. The crew is worried for their friend and the shop is losing customers. Meanwhile, the Jamaica crew goes cliff diving and Puma (who neglects to tell anyone that he cant swim) nearly drowns...just days before his wedding.

Post Jamaica, the crew is back in Harlem, making money and wilin out. Ceaser has brought on the "Queen of the Mixxxys," Sky, to run the front desk, and all is back to normal in the Black Ink world, except for one thing...no Dutchess.

Ceaser meets up with his brother, Ty, at 6 AM outside of Black Ink, and reveals that he is in some big trouble. He got caught red-handed cheating on Dutchess and he needs Tys help getting his things from her apartment.

What better way to celebrate Sky, the "Queen of the Mixxxys" birthday, than a full-blown, old school, mixxxy party at Black Ink? While the rest of the crew is in full party-planning mode, Dutchess confronts her fears under the knife.

Dutchess invites Quani for a trip to Paris. Sassy then invites herself along. Elsewhere, the crew celebrates renovations at the shop.

Ceaser surprises Dutchess in Paris; Puma comes to check out the new shop; Sky confronts her mother.

Ceaser announces news to the crew about Puma and Ink 124. Meanwhile, a drug test is failed, and Puma shows up at Quanis job.

Anya recovers in the hospital. Elsewhere, Sassys new girlfriend is introduced to the crew, and news about Sky leads Ceaser, Dutchess and Ted to Arizona.

Ceaser and Big Joe question Puma about his no-show at the photo shoot; OS**t heads to court; and a riot results when Quani shows up outside Black Ink.

In the Season 3 finale, Ted surprises Sky; Kathie shows up at the shop with her DNA results; and Puma tries to protect his family.

Donna lets her opinion be known one too many times. Sky finds out that Ted has been stepping out on her.

Ceaser is back in North Carolina to look for a house. Sky informs Puma that he needs to "man up".

Ceaser and Dutchess discuss ownership of Black Ink following Ceasers request for a prenup; Quani visits Tamia, causing Puma to realize that the distance is hurting his family; and OS**t brings a "friend" in for a tattoo.

Kathie loses it when a shocking video is played at a party; Puma surprises Quani with big news; Dutchess opens her own shop; and Ceaser makes a decision that changes Black Ink forever.

After leaving Black Ink closed for a month, Ceaser is back in Harlem. In North Carolina, Dutchess still has to pay for unexpected renovations before her tattoo shop can open. Kathie warns O’Sh*t about child support payments.

A new tattoo artist receives a traditional Black Ink welcome. Later, the ladies travel to Miami Beach for Skys surgery; and Dutchess wild night at the club could put her relationship with Ceaser at risk.

Ceaser confronts Dutchess about her alleged infidelity. Later, Naeem introduces his girlfriend to the Art2Ink crew; and Walt struggles with his new responsibilities as a full-time father when hes forced to give his kids "the talk."

Sky throws a party at the shop to reveal her new body; and Ceaser attempts to mediate for OS**t and Kathie. Later, Pumas mother-in-law demands that Puma close down his shop after she hears about the shooting at Art2Ink.

Dutchess faces a difficult decision when the caterers, guests and supplies for her grand-opening party for Pretty N Ink fall through the day before the event. Later, Donna makes an unexpected visit to North Carolina to confront Dutchess and Ceaser about throwing out her tattoo equipment.

Sky must make a difficult decision as the birthday of her child she gave up for adoption approaches; Alexis confronts Donna about her past with Naeem during a party at Art2Ink; and Ceasers furious after OS**t blows off a client. Later, Rah Ali shows up at Black Ink for a tattoo.

The 113th shop is in shambles when a single Ceaser becomes more interested in chasing women. Donna receives a threatening phone call. Black Ink Atlantas anniversary party turns into chaos. Dutchess delivers an explosive low blow to Sky.

Ceaser receives alarming news from his doctor and resolves to change his ways. Melody is shocked by Lalos solution to their financial issues. And Sky heads to Texas to reunite with the children she gave up for adoption 15 years ago.

Sky loses her cool when Ceaser puts her in charge of 113. Kevin musters the courage to come out to his homophobic father. After an STD scare, Ceaser is forced to break up with his side chicks. Donna’s ex-roommate trashes her on the local news.

Donna is rushed to the emergency room. Sky embarks on a spiritual journey. The Fat Jewish stops by the shop for a tattoo chosen by his Instagram followers.

After the pandemic shutdown and the loss of his first Black Ink shop, Ceaser has a new lease on life and is determined to get the crew back together; Ceaser honors essential workers by giving out free tattoos.

Walt talks to Jess and deals with the consequences of his actions.

The crew moves into its new mansion in Atlanta and Tatti gets a promotion at the shop.
