Mena Massoud restaurant-hops with friends in Los Angeles. Featuring Lilly Singh who helps Mena recreate a NYC deli classic, the pastrami sandwich, and Laura Marano who accompanies Mena as they visit a staple vegan restaurant in Venice, Plant Food + Wine. Mena indulges in elevated plant-based French pastries, Thai "chicken" wings, and unbelievable "carne" asada tacos.

Mountain, land and sea - Mena explores his Canadian backyard and discovers mouth watering "salmon" sushi, pistachio cannolis, and vegan pizza. He gets hands-on at a vegan cheese factory with comedian Bassem Youssef and catches a floatplane to forage for sea asparagus.

Mena explores the off-beat Texan Capitols surprising plant-based bounty: fried "chicken", short rib baos and mouth-watering vegan brisket. Plus, he straps on his boots and two-steps his way through a classic honky-tonk.

The city rich in history and hearty food surprises with elevated live-fire cooking and an unexpected turn on the Philly “Cheesesteak”.

In the Big Easy, Mena explores a charming host of plant-based Louisiana staples—vegan beignets, gumbo, biscuits and po boys—with food historian Zella Palmer and cookbook author Timothy Pakron. As an aperitif, he sips cocktails created in the heart of the grand city of New Orleans.

Bathed in sunshine and Big Latin Culture, Mena learns to make classic Cubanos and traditional Puerto Rican mofongo–vegan-style. He cruises the seas with cookbook author Radhi Devlukia, takes actor Matt Murray to South Beach for mouth-watering molten lava cake, and harvest and tastes astonishing exotic fruits.
