As a new football season gets underway, teams in the Texas Youth Football Association jockey to recruit the leagues most elite 10 and 11 year-old players while brand new organizations like the Texas Storm and the San Antonio Seahawks aim to prove that they belong in the countrys most competitive youth football league.

A Seahawks coach is forced to deal with his anger after questions arise over how to best motivate the kids. Meanwhile, Texas Storm head coach Paul Hurt attempts to turn things around amid the challenges of running a new organization, and the San Antonio Outlaws struggle to maintain their dominance in a new league.
