Oscar and Lazar venture into a forest to investigate a series of mysterious deaths, out of Tinashas watchful gaze. Unbeknownst to them, the Witch of the Forbidden Forest awaits within.

The king reveals a new potential bride for Oscar: Miralys, a palace maid. A disgruntled Oscar notices that Tinasha has taken this opportunity to keep her distance from him.

Tinasha leaves Farsas to defect to Cuscull at Lanaks side. Something about her actions, however, dont quite add up, which does not escape the notice of Cusculls chief mage.
