Jims injured knee is put to the test during an extreme adventure with snowboarding buddies; Bobbys new clients, who call themselves Vancouver Royalty, make requests that cause problems for Kendra.

When staff members go bobsledding, the leave someone in the dust, Bobby and Charlotte cater to high-maintenance holiday-makers, Kendra and Jim take their clients horseback riding, Jims frustrations boil over; a team dinner goes downhill.

Newly appointed manager Jim has one week to prove his team deserves to come back for another season; Bobby meets with Joey to challenge Jims promotion, but a hangover threatens his credibility; Lynsey gets fed up with hard-partying Texans.
