S1E1 - KIDS DON'T COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS 2021-06-04

Rio de Janeiro, 1999. When a young middle-class guy gives in to drug addiction, his father, a policeman, goes to his rescue in the slums. Victor is a father whose mission in life is to win the war on drugs. Meanwhile, his son Pedro keeps losing his battles against them. Being on opposite sides of the same war will cause their relationship to crumble.

S1E2 - METAMORPHOSIS 2021-06-04

Facing threats and unable to fight against his addiction, Pedro meets Jasmin and joins a gang of luxury home burglars. Victor seeks out an informant in an attempt to find his sons whereabouts. In 1970, a young Victor takes part in his very first big drug bust.

After a failed attempt to reconcile with his father, and upset by the mistakes of the previous robbery, Pedro considers quitting, only to come up with a plan for an even bigger burglary. Pedro becomes annoyed at Lico’s constant blunders during their robberies. In 1995, at age 14, Pedro and Lico started doing cocaine. They carried out their first burglaries to support their addiction. At the age of 15, Pedro undergoes a brutal period of rehab treatments. As an adult, devastated by a terrible loss, he succumbs completely to his drug addiction. His friends worry that he might OD. In 1970, young Victor takes a risk and makes one more delivery for the drug lord, Ribeiro.

After being rushed to the hospital due to an OD, Pedro gives rehab another shot, far away from Rio de Janeiro. In 1999, at age 18, he’s released from the Juvenile Detention Center. His relationship with his father takes a turn for the worse. In 1970, young Victor strengthens his ties with Ribeiro, the drug lord, and learns all about the operation behind getting drugs delivered to the Favela.

S1E7 - TRAPPED 2021-06-04

Clean and serene after months of rehab, Pedro is lured right back into drugs and crime. The police are on his tail. In 1978, Victor joins the Civil Police and, during an operation in the favela, he runs into an old acquaintance. Disillusioned, he joins a unit that promises to rid Rio de Janeiro of drugs.

S1E8 - TAKING A BREAK 2021-06-04

After an unsuccessful heist and the death of a gang member, Pedro ends up being kidnapped, putting his mother and sister in a risky situation. They come up with a plan to rescue him while Victor, after finding out about his son’s abduction, swears revenge on the perpetrators.

Rio de Janeiro, 2004. Dom becomes one of the most wanted criminals in the city. The police are on his tail and his face is everywhere on tabloid TV. His gang now has a new member and robberies get more dangerous. In 1978, Victor and Marisa meet and fall in love.

A resentful Vivi takes revenge and puts Dom even more at risk, forcing him to flee Rio de Janeiro. Even away from the spotlight, Dom is unable to leave the life of crime. In 1978, Victor tries to resign from the police, but criminals chase him down and threaten his life.

Vitória, 2004. Under an alias, Dom is arrested alongside Quinado, and both end up separated into rival factions in jail. Dom catches the eye of the faction leader, which causes disagreements within the faction. In 1978, in the Amazon rainforest, Victor witnesses a conflict between loggers, drug dealers, and Indigenous people, and so he begins his journey as an undercover agent in the region.

S2E4 - The Passage 2023-03-23

With Alciones trust, Dom is invited to take part in a prison break attempt. Quinado tries to tag along, but when the group discovers hes from the rival faction, tensions erupt, and everything is at risk. Meanwhile, Paloma is kidnapped and Victor goes to the state of Pernambuco to search for her. In the Amazon, 1978, Victor begins to unravel the drug trafficking scheme in the region.

S2E5 - The Gospel According To Pedro Dom 2023-03-31

After an unexpected death, Dom ends up in solitary confinement. Upon returning to his cell, he tries to pacify the prison. The deal fails, and Dom moves to the Evangelicals wing. Meanwhile, Victor discovers Doms true whereabouts and goes to the state of Espírito Santo to try and save his son, but freedom will be expensive.

S2E6 - The Hunt 2023-04-06

In Rio, the name of Pedro Dom continues to make news headlines, which keeps the police on his tail. In Vitória, Dom tries to buy his freedom after Victor introduces him to a crooked lawyer. In the Amazon, in 1978, Victor witnesses cocaine arriving at the border, but is caught. His life is now at risk.

S2E7 - Outlined Destinies 2023-04-13

Through blackmail, Detective Roberto uses someone Dom loves dearly to get what he wants. Pedro has no other choice but to ask for unusual help. Victor continues to fight for his sons life, but a serious personal problem could ruin everything. In the Amazon, in 1979, Victor is surprised by the direction of the investigation of drug trafficking in the region.

S2E8 - BONUS EPISODE: Like Our Parents 2023-04-13

In this bonus episode that takes place during Brazil’s military dictatorship, the newly graduated police officer Victor Dantas witnesses a bank robbery, but ends up being held hostage by a group of guerrilla fighters who are against the regime. This experience may forever change Victors views on justice.
