Michael Ball's Wonderful Wales

The singer and broadcaster heads to mid Wales, making his way to the north of the country. His first stop is a familiar seaside town he is extremely fond of - Aberystwyth. This is where he did his first paid acting job, and Michael meets a friendly face from his summer performing in Godspell. Next, he drops in for lunch with the spectacular red kites of Mid Wales. Michael then checks in to restaurant Ynyshir on the Dyfi estuary for a Michelin-starred experience hosted by multi-award-winning chef Gareth Ward.

Michael is in north Wales, exploring the beautiful Snowdonia mountain range, in a journey that takes in Caernarfon Castle and a rare breed of wild Welsh mountain ponies.
