Theyre thrown in at the deep end when they have to deal with a blocked loo before taking their home on wheels to the Grand Canyon, where theyre blown away by the views. We join young couple Chris and Sam from Plymouth, whove packed in their jobs and are ready to take to the open road. Theyre busy working on their self-converted van that theyve spent the last 10 months turning from an ex-minibus into their new home from home. The last job before its completed is to finish off the roof terrace so they can finally start their European adventure! We find out why TV presenter Matt Allwright loves his campervan as he gives us a tour and takes his friend Davy canoeing on the River Thames. In this episode, we join Stuart and Charlie, who, along with their three kids, live full-time on the road in their 24-foot motorhome. Former nurse Charlie is now a full-time teacher, while Stuart runs an online kitchenfitting business. But they’re on a tight budget and, to keep costs down, they occasionally wild camp. Today, they’re looking for a safe spot to park up in the Peak District.
