Shorty and Terry unearth a rare unmolested treasure, a 1969 Impala with 14,000 original miles on it. The guys go to work on getting it running and putting it on bags with new wheels and tires. Meanwhile, Pete is looking to upgrade his 1958 Impala.

Shorty and Pete need to find a Volkswagen delivery bus to round out a collectors dream of creating a VW museum; they track down an extremely rare panel van thats been out to pasture under a pecan tree, but Shorty and Pete think it will be perfect.

S1E8 - Rare VW Delivery (Part 2) 2023-01-04

Work continues on the Volkswagen delivery bus, as Shorty gets down in the paint booth on this giant beast. Then its time to get this bus across the finish line with a new motor, new suspension, new stance and brand new wheels and tires. When its done, the team celebrates with a reveal to remember in a museum dedicated to all things VW.

S1E9 - '56 Bel Air Blues 2023-01-18

The owner, Sanders, has had some bad luck with this 56 Belair going from shop to shop, and he still doesnt have his family dream car ready. Shortys shop is the last stop. Joel and Shorty make sure this car is ready for the road.

S1E10 - Paul's '59 Impala Lowrider 2023-01-25

Paul decides to take one of his prized 1959s and go full lowrider with hydraulics and a full custom lowrider paint job; Shortys wife Lupe has a 1992 Mustang GT 5.0, and Shorty has a honey do list to get this car back to its original glory.

S2E1 - The Chupacabra Firebird 2023-11-01

Shortys friend Porkchop wants to turn a 69 Firebird convertible into a tribute Trans Am for his wife. The car has been in multiple shops, but the curse of the Chupacabra has kept him from getting it done. Shorty and his team try to break the curse with a new spoiler, motor mods with AC and fuel injection, custom interior and Shortys custom-painted racing stripes.

S2E2 - Camaros, Impalas, Goodguys, Oh My 2023-11-08

Shortys buddy Tommy has a 69 Camaro that needs some love, with damaged paint on the hood and malfunctioning headlight motors. Another friend, T-bone, stops by with his 65 Impala for an air ride, updated interior and repainted steering wheel. Then Shorty paints a 1940s pull wagon for the Goodguys Dallas show.

S2E3 - Supercharged Nova and a 9/11 Tribute Truck 2023-11-15

Arturo is a good friend of the shop, and his classic Nova will be a monster, with a rebuilt supercharged 6.2 LS, plus upgrades to the chassis and brakes; the crew revives a classic 1924 LaFrance fire truck for the nearby Cedar Hill Fire Department.

S2E4 - Laid-Out Dually and Amber Glow Hemi 2023-11-22

Shortys friend Monty wants to rebuild the car of his youth, an Amber Glow 1955 DeSoto. The car might be pink, but it has a hemi under the hood. Plus, a 2000 Chevy dually is a monster, but needs a new paint job, interior and air ride system.

S2E5 - Finishing the Ember Glow Hemi 2023-11-29

Shorty tries to match the Ember Glow hemis original color, then works his magic in the paint booth. Joel tries to figure out how to install an aftermarket AC, PG works his magic on the interior. The crew is left with an enormous amount of trim.

S2E6 - Training Day Lowrider 2023-12-06

A big fan of the movie "Training Day" wants his 78 Monte Carlo to be built in the same vein. The G-body needs the works, including a swapped LS, beefed-up brakes and suspension and a new interior. Shortys G10 parts runner van needs a facelift, and he enlists a teacher and his students for the job.

S2E7 - One-of-a-Kind Widebody 2023-12-13

Shortys right-hand man in the body shop, Joe Gomez, was first diagnosed with cancer in 2009, and against the odds, hes been in remission for nearly 10 years. He wants to create a widebody Honda Accord for his wife to show his appreciation for her support over the years. Plus, Shortys personal 64 Impala build is finally coming to an end.

S2E8 - Caleb's Corvette Part 1 2023-12-20

After losing a grandson in a racetrack crash, Rick Wilson and his family want to raise money to promote safety at tracks around Texas; they enlist Shorty and the team to build a 1956 Corvette that will be auctioned off for their cause.

S2E10 - Ford vs. Shorty: The Texas Torino 2024-01-03

Shortys is traditionally a Chevy shop, but this week, a Ford collector whos always dreamed of a Shorty paint job convinces them to take on his 71 Torino GT. But what looks like a pretty straight car is hiding a can of worms underneath. Shorty is doing full custom paint, with a hand-painted stripe instead of the stock decal, plus other details that would make Clint Eastwood smile.
