The Simpler Life

As the volunteers settle into the first two weeks of a simpler Amish life, their limited stocks and budget are stretched to the limit, and their patience wears thin... is it all too much for some?

The group see if they can interact with the outside world without losing their commitment to the ways of the Amish, as they go to the local market town to sell the fruits of their labour.

Its summer at the farmstead and the remaining volunteers attempt self-sufficiency, but frictions continue to mount and a shock discovery threatens their biggest crop.
