With the house a bombsite, money running out and no business plan in place, Charlotte recruits a business consultant and calls on her dad for advice.

Charlotte craves a bit of space and converts a barn into her own room, but there is a design flaw. Meanwhile, the new stairs to the basement do not fit.

Charlotte is concerned that she does not yet have the necessary planning permission to open a business. To make matters worse, the commercial kitchen develops a major leak.
