After her boss Brent abandons the North Pole for big tech, intrepid elf Candy Smalls considers the possibility of becoming Santa’s first female successor.

Unsure of her future with Santa Inc., Candy must decide if she should hop on a golden opportunity with Easter Enterprises or stay loyal to Santa.

Santa’s birthday festivities are cut short as tensions between Candy and her inner circle escalate. Later, Devin performs a good deed, and Mrs. Claus faces her demons.

Still reeling from the announcement of Santa’s successor, Candy attempts to unite the workers of the North Pole around a common cause.
