Taking Fire

101st Airborne rookies, McCool & Boucher, are deployed to Cop Michigan - one of the deadliest combat bases of the war. With standard issued gear, McCool packed a helmet camera, to document the year that would change the men in his platoon forever.

After four months in Afghanistan SGT Adams now has stronger reasons to make it back home alive. He is also more determined than ever to get his men home safely, but it wont be easy, as the men are getting desensitized to the non stop fire.

The 101st Airborne prepares to leave Afghanistan. After a year in the Korangal, the soldiers are changed men but six years and a reunion later promises some peace.
