Jumanji

Sister and brother Judy Shepherd (Debi Derryberry) and Peter Shepherd (Ashley Johnson) move to a new house with Aunt Nora Shepherd (Melanie Chartoff). In the attic, they find an unusual board-game, Jumanji. When they play, a rhyming quiz appears, and theyre sucked into the bizarre world of Jumanji, where they have to solve the riddle in order to win the game. They meet Alan Parrish (Bill Fagerbakke), who has been trapped there for many years, and the three of them get into action-packed scrapes as they try to help Alan escape, but are always thwarted at the last minute.

S1E1 - The Price 1996-09-08

Judy and Peter discover the game and are transported to Jumanji for the first time, where Peter is transformed into a monkey for trying to cheat the game.

When Judy trades Slick her broken wristwatch for an item that will allow Alan to escape from the game, the three of them get back home to Brantford only to discover that time has stopped, the annoying chimps from Jumanji have come back with them, and Peter is slowly being transformed into a turtle as punishment for Judys attempt to cheat Slick.
