The Naked Chef

Jamies agrees to cook for sisters bachlorette night. Jamie makes Baked Salmon with Olives, Green Beans, Anchovies and Cherry Tomatoes and Basil Aioli, Foccacia with Olive Oil, Rosemary and Garlic and a dessert of Lemon and Lime Cream Tart.

Jamie cooks for his reunited band after their biggest gig in weeks. He makes Vegetable Tempura with Dipping Sauce, Thai Green Chicken Curry and Tomato, Cucumber and Coconut salad.

Jamie cooks up a feast for his girlfriend by making Sea Bass Baked in a Bag with Herbs and Red Onion with Fennel and Radish Salad. Plus, New Potatoes Cooked with Dill and Olive Oil. For dessert, a wickedly rich Baked Chocolate Tart.

Jamie plans a reunion supper for Tim, a friend from the restaurant where Jamie got his first break. He makes a Mozzarella and Leaf Salad with Peaches and Prosciutto, Roasted Sea Bream with a Salsa Verde side, and a Chocolate Nut Torte.

Jamie Olivers idea of a perfect day is to go-carting with the lads, followed by a romantic dinner for two. Faced instead with a feast for hungry racers, Jamie makes carpaccio of beef with chili, ginger, radish, soy sauce, accompanied by a Thai noodle salad.

Jamie entertains his two young cousins with a day out at the British seaside. He packs a picnic basket with "Fantastic" Roast Chicken, Moroccan Chickpea Flatbread with Marinated Couscous and Grilled Vegetable Salad, and refreshing smoothies for dessert.

Jamies throws his best buddy from Australia, Ben, a party to remember with an indoor BBQ. On the menu are Boiled Potatoes with Avocado and Watercress Salad and more.

Jamie is a huge fan of Jay Kay (Jamiroquai) and the singer asks him to come to his home in Princes Risborough to cook for the band. Jamie cooks Jay Kay his favorite meal - a traditional roast with all the trimmings - using produce from Jay Kays gardens.

Jamie travels to the remote Scottish isles to meet the supplier of seafood to the finest London restaurants and goes out on a trawler. After shopping from the local suppliers, Jamie cooks a meal for the fishermen and divers.

Jamie is invited back to his old school, Newport Grammar in Essex, to make a speech at the annual prize-giving ceremony. Jamie is drawn into helping several food technology pupils cook a meal for the prize-winners.

Jamie takes Australian chefs to Porth in North Cornwall; the British equivalent of Bondai, in an attempt to prove that England has decent surfing and cooks a barbie on the beach.
