Saved By The Barn

Spring has sprung in Michigan, and Barn Sanctuary prepares to open the pastures; Dan and Kelley head to Iowa to rescue a lamb called Ginger who is in need of major medical attention, and Dans twin Chris is home and ready to be put to work.

Dan heads to Chicago to give cockfighting roosters a second chance; then the crew worries if DJ the cows unruly behavior will be welcomed by the rest of the herd.

As summer arrives, the team hosts a carwash fundraiser to help the cows and donkeys receive medication; a covert mission to save KJ, an injured goat kid; and a donkey called Mary Pete needs medical attention.

The barn partners with Michigan Humane Society to find forever homes for four neglected calves; they also welcome a litter of piglets, and Chris is tasked to build a playground for the goats.

Dan and Chris head across Lake Michigan to adopt two Mangalica piglets; a rooster called Bart undergoes surgery to remove his spur, and Steve the goat is gifted with pool noodles to protect the other animals from his rage.

In North Carolina rescuing a group of pigs from horrific living conditions and discovering that one of the pigs is pregnant; the organizations new sign is displayed, making their transformation official.
