After Erik and Lyle confess, Leslie and Jill seek hard evidence to support the brothers claims of abuse at the hands of their parents; Leslie tries to get Dr. Oziels tapes thrown out of court.

The brothers testify about their years of abuse; Judge Weisberg agrees to unseal the tape of Lyle and Eriks confession to Dr. Oziel; after closing arguments, the jury begins deliberation; Leslie and her husband welcome their adopted son.

After the first trial results in a hung jury, Barry Levin joins the defense; Judge Weisberg cracks down during the Menendez brothers second trial. Season finale.
