Reece is drawn deeper into a complex conspiracy and puts a new name on his list. Meanwhile, Secretary of Defense Lorraine Hartley announces a drastic policy overhaul to help Special Operators. And Katie discovers the truth of whats going on in Reeces head.

Reece travels to San Francisco to seek answers on a drug that may have started this all. Katie attempts to turn Mike Tedesco in an effort to blow up Capstones plans for Nubellum. Tony and his team stick close to Horn, hoping to intercept Reece before he kills his next target.

Reece returns to Coronado to bring the hammer down on the people who betrayed him the most. Back within the walls of his family home, fragmented memories surface. Katie plays ball with the FBI in order to finish her story.
