Sylvester Cat pays a visit to a closed-to-business circus and finds Tweety Bird in one of the cages. All that changes when Tweety escapes his cage and flees Sylvester... and thus, the chase begins. Meanwhile, Sylvester must flee from an uncaged lion he had angered with his earlier remarks. The chase results in Sylvester being pounded by an elephant, falling into an empty water tank, swallowing fire, and losing his balance on the high wire and falling into the lions mouth. Sylvester locks himself in a cage thinking he is safe from the lion, only to find he has locked himself in with 50 more!

Goofy is about to set up a hammock in the backyard of his penthouse apartment but is minus one tree. He immediately decides to get another one but he shows poor judgement in regards that the one he picks is unkowingly the home of a mountain lion. The lion returns to Goofys penthouse to reclaim his tree, notices the hammock, and decides this is a much better source of relaxation than laying on a tree branch. Thus, he tries to remove Goofy from the hammock so he can relax himself and eventually a battle ensues.

Young Tina lives with her mother and stepfather on a wildlife reserve in Kenya. While her stepfather believes this is a wonderful environment for her to grow up in, her mother becomes increasingly concerned by her behaviour. These concerns are reinforced when it is revealed that her daughters best friend in the whole world is a fully grown lion. Worried that her daughter may be turning into a savage, she sends for her former husband, Tinas biological father, in the hope that he can take her back to civilization (in this case rural Connecticut). But it seems as though Tinas mother wants something more than a civilized upbringing for her daughter.

Goofy escapes in Donalds boat leaving Donald swinging through the trees to escape the lion.
