Jim Lucky Moore (Allan Jones), an insurance salesman, comes up with a novel policy for his friend, Steve (Robert Cummings): a love insurance policy, that will pay out $1-million if Steve does not marry his fiancee, Cynthia (Nancy Kelly). The upcoming marriage is jeopardized by Steves ex-girlfriend, Mickey (Peggy Moran), and Cynthias disapproving Aunt Kitty. The policy is underwritten by a nightclub owner, Roscoe (William Frawley), who sends two enforcers - Abbott and Costello - to ensure that the wedding occurs as planned. Everyone involved in the situation winds up sailing or flying to San Marcos (a fictional South American country), where another complication arises, when Lucky falls for Cynthia. Lucky winds up marrying Cynthia, but Roscoe does not have to pay the $1-million because Steve ends up marrying Mickey.

He chases the critter into a cave right behind his ball, and rips the ball apart thinking its the armadillo, which makes him very sad until the armadillo shows up again.

Is the year 2023. Quito has been walled by Leonardo Ponce, a military dictator that took control of the city in the early 2010s. A group of revolutionaries led by Marcos and Santiago are on the verge of giving a coup détat. Just hours before the strike, Santiago steps forward and starts asking tough questions that led everybody to rethink why are they really doing this. Meanwhile at Ponces palace, he is trying to decipher what is going on at the city wall. Theres unusual movement and one of the revolutionaries is captured. Ponce tries to get as much information as he can from him. Confined to just 2 locations, Quito 2023 shows the human side of the revolution, the internal conflicts of their leaders and the hopelessness of a region that cannot be governed.
