Achel Chang is a Taiwanese entertainer born in Neihu Taipei Taiwan She graduated from the National Taipei University of Business During her school years she was an athlete winning 7 gold medals 1 silver medal and breaking 4 records at the National Games She also holds lifeguard and swimming instructor licenses After winning first place in a singing competition she signed with a talent agency and a record company However during the three years of training with the company she did not release a personal album In 2006 Chang officially debuted and starred in her first idol drama Star Apple Paradise On November 17 2006 Chang released her debut album Xiao Xiao Yus Noisy In 2013 she became the spokesperson for Chuan Jing Biomedical On August 29 2017 Valentines Day Chang accepted her boyfriends proposal in Paris and they held their wedding at the end of the year
