Caroline Mangosing is a firstgeneration FilipinoCanadian producer and actress working in theatre film and television productions She was a founding partner of the Torontobased film and television production company The Digital Sweatshop From 2007 to 2015 Mangosing was the executive director of Torontos Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts and Culture in Toronto and its signature Kultura Filipino Arts Festival She also launched Kapisanans social enterprise initiative VINTA Gallery ?
