Oskar Liigand October 15 1911 St Petersburg October 4 1995 Tallinn was an Estonian actor He graduated from Paul Sepas private theater studio in Tallinn in 1937 In the years 19361944 he was an actor in the Estonian Drama Theater in 19441950 in the Vanemuine Theater and in 19501952 in the Ugala Theater In the years 19521986 he was an actor of the National Puppet Theater of the Estonian SSR
