Brett Ratner born March 28 1969 in Miami Beach is an American filmmaker He directed several music videos and the action comedy Money Talks 1997 before reaching commercial success with the actioncomedy Rush Hour 1998 starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker both of whom reunited with Ratner for two sequels
