Monica Galetti née Faʻafiti born August 1975 is a Samoanborn New Zealand chef She is a judge on Masterchef and chef proprietor of Mere in London She was senior souschef at Le Gavroche in London Galetti has been a judge on the BBC competitive cooking programme MasterChef The Professionals since 2009 and has presented Amazing Hotels Life Beyond the Lobby with Giles Coren since 2017
