Eddie OKeefe is a writerdirector from Chicago Illinois He graduated from Columbia College Chicago before attending the American Film Institute in Los Angeles Most recently Quibi released his series When The Streetlights Go On starring Mark Duplass and Queen Latifah which OKeefe executive produced and cowrote In 2016 he directed his first feature ShangriLa Suite a nineteenseventiesset deconstructionist loversontherun movie featuring Burt Reynolds Emily Browning and Ron Livingston as Elvis Presley His work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times Vice Pitchfork Short Of The Week Rookie and NPR He has published three books of photography and directed music videos for artists such as Springtime Carnivore The Orwells JJAMZ and Jonathan Rice
