Wilmer Eduardo Valderrama born January 30 1980 is an American actor and television personality He is known for his roles as Special Agent Nick Torres on the CBS series NCIS Fez On the sitcom That 70s Show 19982006 Agustín Madrigal in Encanto and Carlos Madrigal in From Dusk till Dawn The Series 20142016 He was also host of the MTV series Yo Momma 200607 the voice of Manny in the childrens show Handy Manny 20062013 and has had recurring roles on Greys Anatomy as well as The Ranch both in 2016
