May Heatherly was born on May 13 1942 in Los Angeles California Heatherly moved to Spain when she was eleven years old and first started acting in various films and television shows in the early 1960s May was best known for her memorable roles as the infected Nurse Helen in Cannibal Apocalypse 1980 and the bitchy Mrs Reston in the notorious slasher cult classic Pieces 1982 Heatherly underwent hip replacement surgery in May 2013 May died at age 73 on October 6 2015 in Madrid Spain
