JW aka Jimmie Stafford is a SAGAFTRA eligible actor and UCB improv alumni He can be heard on the Netflix animated series Transformers War For Cybertron Trilogy as Hound The role previously voiced in the liveaction theatrical releases by John Goodman an actor with whom he shares similarities in both vocal gravitas and physical stature JW can be seen in the role of Ned in Lifetime Movie Networks Secrets In The Snow 2020 A native NE Ohioan calling Cleveland home for many years JW played in various punk and metal bands that enjoyed local and regional successes While earning bachelors degree in math science education he advocated for marriage equality and worked as an awardwinning secular wedding officiant During this time he also performed live playbyplay commentary and announcing duties for Womens Flat Track Roller Derby Upon leaving the profession of teaching JW relocated to Los Angeles where he now resides and works fulltime as a voice actor
