Jenny Jupiter

Jenny began her performing life on the streets of Toronto She started busking as a way to support her university education in theatre and immediately fell in love with the traditionally untraditional medium of street performance Its spontaneity interactivity deep human connection and most of all the joy of surprising laughs out of passersby inspired her to make embodying her crowdpleasing characters into a career Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Production from Ryerson Theatre School and building on classical dance training which informs her use of creative movement she has incorporated mime and elements of clown technique into her work Now while continuing to hone her skills and acts on the street and in studio she performs internationally for a wide variety of clients and festivals from Dundas Square to Dubai
