CharlesOlivier Michaud born November 11th 1979 is a FrenchCanadian author photographer writer and movie director His first feature film Neige et Cendres Snow and Ashes released in 2010 won Best Film Awards at multiple festivals Since then he directed and wrote Sur le Rythme On the Rythm in 2011 Exil in 2013 4 Minute Miles in 2014 and Anna in 2015 he also directed episodes of TV shows like Mentendstu Do you Hear Me and Boomerang In 2023 he directed Ru an adaptation of Kim Thuys international bestseller novel of the same name
