Michael Morris is a British television director and producer From 1999 to 2002 he was Director of The Old Vic theatre in London He was an Executive Producer and Director of ABC television drama Brothers Sisters working on that series throughout its fiveseason run 20062011 He has also directed episodes of Political Animals starring Sigourney Weaver and the USA Network series In Plain Sight starring his wife actress Mary McCormack He directed The Slap for NBC starring Thandie Newton Uma Thurman Peter Sarsgaard and Zach Quinto He was Director and Executive Producer for Bloodline on Netflix and has directed many episodes of Kingdom Audience Network DirecTV as well as AMCs Halt and Catch Fire and Preacher Netflixs House of Cards 13 Reasons Why Hulus Shut Eye and many others
