Death Carries a Cane

A photographer named Kitty (Susan Scott) accidentally catches a glimpse through a tourist telescope of a womans savage homicide through the window of a nearby house. She is unable to get a clear view of the killers face, but she still reports the incident to the police. However, other witnesses who saw the killer flee are soon found brutally murdered. Will Kitty be the next victim?
