I Am or How Jack Became Black

The births of Jack and June, the third multiracial generation in filmmaker Eli Steeles family, coincided with a startling projection: by 2050, at least 20% of all Americans will self-identify as two or more races. What will this mean in a nation tormented by race? Born black, Jewish and deaf, Steele battled childhood bullying. Then, as an adult, he battled identity politics in both education and employment. He believed that holding onto his individuality, rather than his skin color, was part of Americas promise to him. However, Steeles belief in this promise was shaken when his son was denied entrance to a public school for refusing to name his primary race. Why does race still matter so much? To find out, Steele journeys into uncharted territory where he takes on identity politics through interviews with multiracial individuals and through thoughtful re-examinations of headline controversies -- the George Zimmerman trial, a conference on white privilege, and the DeBlasio campaign. The result is an emotional, yet unbiased look at race that Adam Carolla called eye-opening, that National Review declared fascinating, and that Hollywood In Toto said demolished Identity Politics.

The story of how police repeatedly allowed a serial murderer to slip through their fingers. Stephen Port date-raped and murdered four young gay men in East London within fifteen months and dumped all four bodies within a few hundred metres of each other. The film tells the story through eyes of the families of Port's victims, unpicking how the police failed to properly investigate each of the deaths in turn. The police's assumptions that these young gay men had died from self-inflicted overdoses of chem-sex drugs allowed Port to continue raping and killing innocent young men.

The Pyramids are the most epic monuments the world has ever seen, but the mystery of the true origins of these gargantuan edifices remains an enigma. Who really built these ancient megalithic structures and why were pyramids built in strategic locations all around the globe, then at a later date mysteriously abandoned seemingly overnight? In this space age, with its remarkable technological engineering and scientific advances, it is unfathomable that the construction of the pyramids and other amazing works of the ancient world could not be duplicated. New evidence of highly advanced, precision machining on Egypts Giza plateau gives credence to the Ancient Alien hypothesis. This is further supported by glyphs of futuristic vehicles, bizarre flywheels and other artifacts and monuments cut with laser precision.
