Actor Nick Searcy was at the January 6th rally and provides never before seen footage of the January 6th rally. Searcy interviews Proud Boys president Enrique Tarrio, and others who were arrested in SWAT-style dawn FBI raids for being at the event. The documentary also featured recordings of Ashli Babbitt at the rally minutes before she was killed by Capitol police as she broke into the area where members of Congress were sheltering from the protesters, and interviews with her husband after her death, as well as interviews with rally goers who were held in solitary confinement without bail or a trial for several months, and are now awaiting trial, in most cases having rejected plea deals, in early 2022. Searcy provides footage showing the size of the crowd, showing Capitol Hill police removing barricades and inviting rally goers into the Capitol, and footage of people who led the crowd into the Capitol changing gear behind trees and bushes. The role of FBI informants is discussed by former and current FBI and DEA agents. Searcy also interviews former military and FBI officials who contend the insurrection at the Capitol was orchestrated by people within the government in order to create a useful political narrative. However, no evidence is provided to substantiate these charges.

Michel Vaujour, former thief and mobster, always chose making a break for freedom over a life behind bars, adventure over a life of submission. He has spent 27 years in prison, 17 of those in solitary confinement. He succeeded in carrying out amazing escapes with toy guns, worthy of a Hollywood script, including a daring helicopter breakout from the roof of a jail. He was finally released on parole in 2003. This documentary is an uplifting and universal story of a remarkable transformation. Michel Vaujours greatest escape was not from jail but from himself. The liberation of the mind and ultimately, the soul. His isolation forced him to continuously confront himself. The reward has been self-enlightenment.

The Corporate Coup D'État

THE CORPORATE COUP DÉTAT takes a complex political/historical theme and brings it to life. In the style of 13th, Manufacturing Consent, The Corporation, and All Governments Lie it creates a powerful cinematic experience that explains how President Trump is the result of failed neoliberal globalist policies, and a corporate coup détat in which corporations and billionaires were able to gradually take control of the political process in the U.S. and elsewhere. In the words of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Chris Hedges: Donald Trump is not an anomaly. He is the grotesque visage of a collapsed democracy. The creeping corporate coup détat that began 45 years ago is complete. It has destroyed the lives of tens of millions of Americans no longer able to find work that provides a living wage, cursed to live in chronic poverty. Threaded through the film are the stories of the ultimate victims - working class and poor people in sacrifice zones like Camden, New Jersey and Youngstown, Ohio. Many working-class whites voted twice for Barack Obama, in 08 and 12, but in 2016 they felt abandoned by the elites of both parties, and voted for Donald Trump who promised he would be different. Featuring Chris Hedges, the main voice of the film as he visits Americans fighting for change and Canadian author John Ralston Saul, who warned prophetically in 1995: We are now in the midst of a coup détat in slow motion. Democracy is weakening... corporatism is strengthening.
