This documentary is the third in a trilogy about a group of Swedish nonconformists. The first documentary was shot in 1967, and followed a bunch of rebellious youths around. These kids had nothing but contempt for those who fit into the society around them, and they were experimenting with drugs, and partying pretty heavily. In particular, it tells the stories of two young men, Kenta and Stoffe. Then, in 1979, the documentarian returns to cover the two mens lives, and the lives of their friends. What had been a friendly, cheerful bunch is now deeply involved in petty crime and drug use. Indeed, one of the two men followed in the earlier film (Stoffe) dies of a drug overdose during the filming of the documentary. The filmmaker returned in the early 90s, to see what has become of Stoffes family, his friends, and Kenta and his family and friends. Stoffes wife refused to meet with the filmmaker, but indicated that his son had been adopted, and has become a mechanic, living in the countryside. Kenta remained a \rebel,\ and remains proud of that fact, but his children studied hard and are on the verge of more conventional success.

Actor Nick Searcy was at the January 6th rally and provides never before seen footage of the January 6th rally. Searcy interviews Proud Boys president Enrique Tarrio, and others who were arrested in SWAT-style dawn FBI raids for being at the event. The documentary also featured recordings of Ashli Babbitt at the rally minutes before she was killed by Capitol police as she broke into the area where members of Congress were sheltering from the protesters, and interviews with her husband after her death, as well as interviews with rally goers who were held in solitary confinement without bail or a trial for several months, and are now awaiting trial, in most cases having rejected plea deals, in early 2022. Searcy provides footage showing the size of the crowd, showing Capitol Hill police removing barricades and inviting rally goers into the Capitol, and footage of people who led the crowd into the Capitol changing gear behind trees and bushes. The role of FBI informants is discussed by former and current FBI and DEA agents. Searcy also interviews former military and FBI officials who contend the insurrection at the Capitol was orchestrated by people within the government in order to create a useful political narrative. However, no evidence is provided to substantiate these charges.

The films narrative unfolds through a series of storylines: We follow Shannan, as she begins her journey with Dave and this strange medicine, uncovering child-hood trauma buried deep inside her sub-conscious. We hear from Lisa, who has recovered from a heroin and crack addiction that she suffered while working as a prostitute in the streets of Toronto. We also hear from her doctor, Gabor Mate, whom through talk therapy, helps participants uncover how their experiences with Ayahuasca relate to their daily lives. And we also hear from Libby. Who starts her journey with this plant by leaving a suicide message on her phone that thankfully never gets delivered. Thanks to the help of Gabor, Dave, and this incredible Plant.
