After a one night stand with David, Kate is pregnant and she blackmails David with this. David and his wife Judy cant have children so that comes as a double blow to them. However Kate, with her attitude, creates much hatred at her from the rest of the group. At the gala, the glass coffin is raised but when it opens Kates dead body falls to the ground - strangled.

He would be sent to prison and upon being released, his views have not changed. He encourages anyone who is having trouble not to pay taxes. He also joins a paramilitary and a white supremacy group. When the FBI learns of this, they try to arrest Kahl but Kahl, armed, doesnt want to go, and when the Feds dont let him go, he kills most of them. He then goes on the run and its up to the FBI agent to headed the operation to find Kahl, and anyone else who may have been involved.
